Job summary

The Interlake-Eastern Regional Health Authority invites applications for a Public Health Nurse to support community health in Teulon. Reporting to the Clinical Team Manager, you will apply nursing theory to protect and improve population health, address social determinants, and promote equity across services.

Responsibilities include preventing illness, supporting reproductive/sexual health, and working with families and communities in a continuum of care.

Qualifications

  • Active nursing license in Manitoba and current registration.
  • BCLS certification and immunization program training preferred.
  • Experience with public health programs and population health is valued.
