  • Terms: COPE Local 521 - Group F - 35 hours/week
Position Summary

As part of a team of professionals, the successful candidate will deliver a diverse spectrum of community-based health programs in multicultural settings for urban and rural communities. The role involves collaborating with community members, agencies, and healthcare teams to plan, implement, and evaluate community health initiatives.

Qualifications
