Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Public Area Attendant at The Walper Hotel JdV by Hyatt in Kitchener, ON. The Public Area Attendant will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in public areas of the hotel, including lobbies, restrooms, and corridors. Duties may also include assisting guests with inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.

• Customer service skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Physical stamina for extended periods of standing and walking
• Experience in housekeeping or a similar role is an asset
• Knowledge of safety and cleanliness standards
• Excellent communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
