Job Description

Responsibilities of Closing Manager:

  1. Must have reliable transportation for late night closes
  2. Must be available to work evenings/nights till 3-4am
  3. Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations
  4. Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
  5. Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
  6. Organize and supervise shifts
  7. Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
  8. Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve night sales
  9. Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste/spoilage
  10. Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events
