Job summary

Job details: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm, pay rate $50/hour, weekly pay. The role involves implementing PT plans, patient monitoring, equipment use, patient education, and accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans designed by PTs, including exercises, stretching, and gait/balance training.
• Observe, record, and report a patient's progress and response to treatment before, during, and after therapy.
• Use devices such as walkers, canes, ultrasound, and electrical stimulation to aid treatment.
• Instruct patients and family members on in-home exercises and wellness strategies.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant records of all treatment sessions and patient outcomes.
