Job description

Reports to: Store Manager

Sales Assistant responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following and are subject to modification at any time:

As a Sales Assistant, you will enhance the customer experience, increase KPI metrics during key selling times, and drive top-line sales. You will support the sales team, manage an efficient and seamless sales floor, and maintain organization and efficiency in the back of house. Flexibility and adaptability are necessary to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Operating the POS to process transactions during peak times
  • Responding to client requests via telephone and email
  • Becoming proficient with the CRM system to input customer data
  • Supporting the sales team, including:
    • Stock maintenance
    • Replenishing the sales floor
    • Maintaining Visual Merchandising standards
    • Organizing the back of house to uphold standards and efficiency, especially when stock associates are unavailable
    • Determining customer needs and directing them to the appropriate sales associate
  • Adhering to work schedule, including time and attendance
  • Confidently advising customers when all associates are occupied
  • Representing Jimmy Choo through excellent customer service
