PT Packaging & Equipment Operator/Packer

Join us for the PT Packaging & Equipment Operator/Packer role at Loblaw Companies Limited.

This position is located in HAMILTON within the Meat Production Facility at Fortinos.

Department: MPF (Meat Production Facility - Fortinos)

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Set up and operate packaging line equipment and machinery.
2. Case pack sealed trays of meat products.
3. Record production and QA data, including lot numbers, production totals, and equipment downtime.
4. Assist in other meat processing and packing tasks as required.
5. Ensure safety and sanitation standards are met.
6. Perform other duties as assigned.

The Ideal Candidate Would Possess:

• Previous experience with packaging equipment is preferred but training will be provided.
• Ability to record production information accurately.
• Flexibility to work various shifts.
• Responsibility, dependability, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
