Role Overview: Operations Associate

Your impact will be crucial in ensuring operational efficiency in all aspects of the "back of the house" to enhance the customer experience. This role requires attention to detail, creative thinking, and a passion for sales operations. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Administrative and merchandise paperwork processing
  2. Merchandise check-in and processing, store-to-store transfers
  3. Markdowns and RTVs
  4. Visual merchandising, floor sets, and floor moves
  5. Replenishment and maintenance
  6. Asset protection and shortage strategies
  7. Inventory control, cycle counts, and physical inventory
  8. Stockroom organization and safety
  9. Sales floor support, including POS and greeting customers

Every day brings new challenges, making this role dynamic and engaging.

Ideal Candidate Profile
  • At least 1 year of sales support experience (POS, merchandising paperwork, cycle counts, inventory management)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Brand-appropriate personal presentation
  • Effective communication skills
  • Flexible scheduling
  • Bilingual skills for key markets
