Here’s Where You Come In...


As Operations Associate, your impact will be significant in ensuring operational efficiency across all aspects of the "back of the house" to facilitate the customer experience. It involves strong attention to detail, thinking outside the box, and most importantly, passion for sales operations. Key responsibilities include:


  • Administrative and merchandise paperwork processing
  • Merchandise check-in and processing store-to-store transfers
  • Markdowns
  • RTVs
  • Visual merchandising
  • Floor sets and moves, replenishment, maintenance
  • Asset protection
  • Shortage strategies
  • Inventory control and cycle counts
  • Physical inventory preparation and execution
  • Stockroom organization
  • Sales floor support including POS and greeting customers

No two days are the same as an Operations Associate at SMCP, making the role dynamic and engaging.
