Supervisory Responsibility: Sales Associates
The Key Holder supports Store Management by driving sales, enhancing customer experience, coaching the sales team, and ensuring operational excellence. Responsibilities include promoting a positive work environment and executing company policies.
Education: High School or College Degree, or equivalent retail experience.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in retail, preferably in fashion/apparel/footwear.
Skills & Attributes: Strong communication, leadership, customer focus, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and POS systems, organizational skills.
