Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Provide psychological treatment for adults 18-65 with complex trauma and mental health using evidence-based modalities.
• Develop and review treatment plans, and implement coping strategies (CBT, CPT, etc.).
• Collaborate with other treatment providers and ensure timely documentation.

You will provide recovery-oriented rehabilitation services in group or individual settings.

Responsibilities:

• Provide psychological treatment for adults 18-65with with complex trauma,mental health using evidence-based modalities
• Provide prevention-oriented therapy-with goals in mind Implement and review treatment plans, developcoping strategies using CBT, CPT and other appropriate treatments
• Collaborate with additional treatment providers such as WSIB, Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in mental health counselling or other related fields
• Familiarity with community mental health resources
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong leadership qualities
