Position: Psychologist
Status: Full-time Permanent
Location: Surrey Clinics
Salary Range: $50-60/hour + benefits

Back in Motion is expanding its interdisciplinary treatment and Return to Work Program for clients with Trauma- and Stressor-Related Disorders. As part of the interdisciplinary team, you will work to deliver best practice trauma treatment to individuals who have sustained a psychological injury at work, including first responders and various other occupations.

Registered Psychologists should have at least 2 years of clinical experience and be well-versed in evidence-based treatments for PTSD, such as Prolonged Exposure, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and/or Cognitive Processing Therapy.

For those without previous trauma training or experience but interested in working with psychological injuries, Back in Motion offers training in best practice modalities and ongoing mentorship to develop clinical skills within a collaborative environment.

Registration with the College of Health & Care Professionals of British Columbia is required.

The Psychologist will conduct intake interviews, develop and implement individual return-to-work treatment plans, write reports, and liaise with stakeholders. The Psychologist will work closely with our interdisciplinary team, including Occupational Therapists, Clinical Counsellors, and Kinesiologists.
