An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Psychologist to join their expanding interdisciplinary team. This role focuses on delivering best practice trauma treatment for clients with psychological injuries, including first responders. The ideal candidate will have clinical experience and be well-versed in evidence-based treatments for PTSD. Salary Range: $50-60/hour + benefits
Back in Motion is expanding its interdisciplinary treatment and Return to Work Program for clients with Trauma- and Stressor-Related Disorders. As part of the interdisciplinary team, you will work to deliver best practice trauma treatment to those who have sustained a psychological injury at work. This includes first responders as well as a variety of other occupations.

Registered Psychologists should have 2 or more years of clinical experience and must be well versed with evidence-based treatment for PTSD, such as Prolonged Exposure, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and/or Cognitive Processing Therapy.
For those who do not have previous trauma training or experience but have a desire to work with psychological injuries, Back in Motion can provide support for training in a best practice modality and ongoing mentorship as you grow your clinical skills within a collaborative working environment.
Registration with the College of Health & Care Professionals of British Columbia is required.
The Psychologist will conduct intake interviews, develop and implement individual return to work treatment plans, write reports, and liaise with stakeholders. The Psychologist works closely with our interdisciplinary team that includes Occupational Therapists, Clinical Counsellors, and Kinesiologists.
We are looking for Psychologists with excellent clinical and interpersonal skills, who want to help workers recover from operational trauma and recognize the positive impact of interdisciplinary care.
