Job summary

Continuum North in Yellowknife, NT, is seeking Psychologists eligible for registration in the Northwest Territories and Nunavut to join our inter-disciplinary team.

The role focuses on Educational/School Psychology (assessment and consultation) and/or Child/Youth Clinical Counselling, with flexible hours and co-created contracts to suit learning goals and scheduling needs. Travel within the NWT and Nunavut may be required.

• Psychologists eligible for registration in the Northwest Territories and Nunavut.

Responsibilities

• Provide educational/school psychology assessment and consultation.
• Offer child/youth clinical counselling.
• Collaborate with an inter-disciplinary team of OT, SLP, mental health professionals and other specializations.
• Flexible hours; contracts co-created to align with interests and scheduling needs.
• Possible travel within the NWT and Nunavut.

This position is flexible with regards to hours and commitment. Employment contracts are co-created to align with interests, learning goals and scheduling needs.

Collaboration with an inter-disciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, Mental Health Professionals, and other specializations is central to the role. We are looking for team members who will join us in working to be responsive to the northern communities we serve, which requires innovation and humility.
