Position: Psychoeducator (EAP Program) - Affiliated (Self-employed)

Location: Remotely - In Quebec

Modalities: Face-to-face, video, and/or telephone

You control your schedule.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide short-term counseling to clients with various personal or work-related difficulties.
2. Conduct client needs assessments, set goals, and develop strategies in accordance with their EAP terms.
3. Maintain a culture of continuous skills improvement and deliver quality clinical services.
4. Handle administrative follow-up of client files using provided clinical models.
5. Work remotely via telecounseling, videocounseling, or face-to-face if a clinical office is available.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Psychoeducation.
• At least 5 years of clinical experience.
• Ability to set realistic goals and employ a solution-oriented approach.
• Experience managing crisis or high-risk situations (e.g., suicidal or homicidal risk, domestic violence, child or public protection).
• Ability to work with diverse clients and knowledge of community resources.
• Exceptional customer service, professionalism, and ethical conduct.
• Proficiency in French; bilingualism in English and French is an asset.
