Qualifications & Requirements:

1. Licensed or eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia (CPSBC).
2. FRCPC (Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians of Canada) or FRCPC Eligible.
3. CPSBC-USA certified class of registration acceptable.
