Job summary

Shared Health in Manitoba is seeking an RPN/RN to provide professional nursing care for patients, including those with complex needs, and to lead and coordinate care and discharge plans within the health team.

The role requires graduation from an approved RN or Psychiatric Nursing program, active CRPNM/CRNM registration, CPR training, and a satisfactory employment record. Mental health nursing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Registered Psychiatric Nursing program or approved Registered Nursing program.
• Active registration with CRPNM or CRNM.
• CPR training per employer policy.
• Satisfactory employment record.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing services for patients, including those with complex and unpredictable health needs.
• Demonstrate leadership within the healthcare team and facilitate coordination of patient care and discharge.
