GHHS is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Support Workers for a Long Term Care Home located in Little Current, ON

As a Personal Support Worker (PSW), you will play a crucial role in providing essential care and assistance to clients, enabling them to maintain their dignity, independence, and quality of life.

Type of employment: Contract

Requirements:

· Applicants must possess a minimum of 9 months of experience in a long-term care facility.

· One on One experience in a Long Term Care home would be preferred too.

· Valid Personal Support Worker (PSW) Certificate through a recognized college or training facility in Canada.

· Candidates must have a Vulnerable Sector Check and 2-step TB or Chest X-ray completed within the last 6 months.

· COVID passport displaying at least 3 doses of the vaccine with a QR code is necessary.

· Valid First Aid and CPR certification/ BLS/ ACLS/- PALS.

· Immunization records for MMR, Varicella, tDap are mandatory, with Hepatitis B immunization being an asset.
