A regional healthcare facility in Northwestern Ontario is seeking a Personal Support Worker to enhance patient care in a multidisciplinary environment. The ideal candidate will have a Personal Support Worker certificate and previous acute care experience. This role requires strong organizational and customer service skills, as well as knowledge of infection control. Applicants must adhere to healthcare policies and demonstrate commitment to patient-centered care.
Reporting to the Manager of Medical Services, the Personal Support Worker performs a variety of tasks that enhance the overall functioning of the nursing unit and the delivery of patient care. As part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team, you will practice within the philosophy of patient and family-centered care, mission, vision, values, and the policies of Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre.
Qualifications:
Salary Range: $29.286 to $29.930
