What We Offer

• Nurse Next Door People Promise, you love coming to work
• $19.00 to $21.00 per hour
• 24/7 support center to assist with scheduling related questions
• 24/7 assistance related to client care
• In home care with private clients

Responsibilities And Duties

• Provide meal preparation, light housekeeping, and/or provide companionship and personal care
• Execute on the client’s care plan as outlined by the Care Designer
• Meet the safety needs of the client and use equipment safely and properly
• Function within the limits of your own experience and knowledge, while practicing safely and competently within the job description
• Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly
• Service the Niagara Falls, St. Catherines, Welland area
• Looking for all visit times (Mornings, Afternoons, evenings, nights) weekdays and weekends

Requirements

• 1-2 year previous caregiving experience
• Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing in English, other languages are an asset.
• Proof of Health Care Certification
• Current TB Screen and Criminal Record Check
• Must be able to legally work in Canada to apply for this position
• Valid driver’s license is required, vehicle will be an asset.
