Eastern College is seeking a Personal Support Worker (PSW) to provide respectful, practical support that helps individuals maintain comfort, dignity, and independence in daily life. The role includes personal care and household tasks, tailored to each person’s routines.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily care, preparing meals, and maintaining a safe home environment. Evening/weekend availability is requested; in-person work is required.

Competenze

• Required: Practical caregiving, clear communication, patience, and attention to detail support safe daily assistance, household tasks, and accurate observation of individual needs.
• Preferred: Assisted living, nursing home, senior care, home care, dementia care, medication reminders, meal preparation, cleaning, or experience working with individuals with disabilities can strengthen your contribution.
