Responsibilities
  • Develop direct relationships through key account engagement with Corporate/Enterprise Health & Safety and procurement stakeholders
  • Map customer needs to relevant safety solutions and value drivers through program development
  • Oversee execution of key program implementations with segment customers
  • Coach and mentor new safety specialists to maximize customer identification and sales growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate resource alignment for multi-location program execution
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher and ten (10) years of experience in outside sales or marketing OR High School Diploma/GED and fifteen (15) years of experience in outside sales or marketing
  • Current, valid Driver’s License
  • Proven experience in selling to strategic accounts or key accounts
  • Demonstrated proficiency representing safety product portfolios
  • Strong team collaboration and networking skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience engaging with safety and industrial hygiene leaders in large enterprises
  • Success in competitive share gain strategy development and execution
  • Experience working with Channel end-user National Accounts Managers
  • Background in coaching or training sales teams
  • Proven track record of building C-suite relationships
