JELD-WEN Windows & Doors, Canada’s leading window & door brand is currently seeking a passionate and driven individual for the position of Provincial Sales Manager for the provinces of Ontario, Quebec and Atlantic Region.
The Provincial Sales Manager (PSM) role is critical as it advises on solutions to complex customer problems and supports the company’s ability to deliver breakthrough sales and margin results. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Sales-Canada, the PSM develops and nurtures personal relationships with key customer decision makers while also providing coaching and leadership to a team of territory Sales Managers (TSM). The successful candidate for this role will align national and regional product and sales strategies, deliver on sales commitments and most importantly deliver on customer commitments every time.
It is important to know the position is more than just a Sales Manager role. You will be part of the company’s senior management team. You will participate in strategic planning and cross functional support. The position requires more than sales and management skills. To be successful you will require leadership and team building skills including self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy and social skills.
