Allstate Canada Group is seeking a Provincial Product Analytics Consultant to deliver business insights, performance monitoring, reporting, and analytical solutions that support strategic decisions across Allstate Canada's personal insurance portfolio.

This role partners with business stakeholders to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and provide data-driven recommendations that improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in analytics, BI, or related fields.
• Experience with Power BI and data visualization.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Compiles, cleans, organizes, and analyzes data to support business objectives and decision-making.
• Analyzes business performance to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and emerging issues.
• Evaluates business initiatives and strategic priorities through data analysis and performance measurement.
• Develops and enhances reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions that support performance monitoring and insight generation.
• Translates data and analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Partners with stakeholders to understand business needs and solve complex analytical problems.
• Contributes to the advancement of analytical capabilities through reporting modernization, automation, visualization, and process improvement initiatives.
• Provides guidance, knowledge sharing, and support to team members while promoting analytical best practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in analytics, reporting, business intelligence, or related disciplines.
• Experience with Power BI and data visualization.

• Experience extracting, analyzing and interpreting complex data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, or performance monitoring solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with SQL, Python, SAS, or similar analytical tools.
• Experience with data visualization, business intelligence, or reporting automation.
• Familiarity with insurance, financial services, or other data-driven business environments.

Compensation

Expected compensation for this role ranges from $ 66,200.00 - 100,000.00 annually. Actual salary offered to successful candidates will vary based on their skills and experience.
