Allstate Insurance Company of Canada is seeking an Analytics Professional to transform complex data into actionable insights that drive customer-focused decisions across Operations. You will develop dashboards, reports, and scorecards while supporting data-driven strategy in a hybrid Markham-based setting.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, manage diverse data sources, and contribute to analytics projects that elevate operational efficiency and growth in a customer-centric insurance

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate data into clear insights for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with data visualization and analytics tools such as Power BI and Adobe Analytics.
• Familiarity with data querying or programming languages (e.g., SQL, DAX) is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and key business drivers.
• Translate business questions into structured analysis, delivering actionable insights and recommendations.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and scorecards to monitor performance and support decision-making.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, align priorities, and provide consultative analytics support.
• Assess performance against targets, identify variances, and recommend data-driven solutions to improve outcomes.

• Build compelling data stories and visualizations to communicate insights effectively to diverse audiences.
• Lead and deliver analytics projects of moderate complexity, including defining timelines, priorities, and deliverables.

Job Description

In this role, you will partner with business stakeholders to transform complex data into actionable insights that drive customer-focused and data-driven decisions across Operations. You will work at the intersection of analytics and business strategy—breaking down problems, identifying trends, and delivering clear recommendations that influence operational efficiency and performance. You’ll play a key role in a new and evolving space, supporting initiatives such as the launch and optimization of Allstate’s direct sales channels. By combining strong analytical thinking, storytelling, and technical expertise, you will help shape how data is used to guide decisions, improve customer experience, and uncover new opportunities for growth.

• Familiarity with data querying or programming languages (e.g., SQL, DAX, or similar) is an asset
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment

Compensation

Expected compensation for this role ranges from $ 73,500.00 - 116,850.00 annually. Actual salary offered to successful candidates will vary based on their skills and experience.
