Saskatchewan Cancer Agency seeks a Clinical Manager, Nurse Practitioner Services to lead NP practice across the province. This role provides strategic direction, workforce planning, and professional practice oversight for Nurse Practitioners in oncology care.

The position requires an NP with leadership experience, strong policy development skills, and collaboration with medical and operational leaders to improve patient outcomes. Based in Regina, SK, with a focus on provincial initiatives.

Qualifications

• Master of Nursing – Nurse Practitioner required.
• Master’s Degree in Nursing, Health Administration, Leadership, or related field asset.
• CDSA module from Saskatchewan Polytechnic or Athabasca University; completion within 1 year if not currently completed.

Responsibilities

• Provide provincial strategic and operational leadership for Nurse Practitioners.
• Lead workforce planning, recruitment, orientation, scheduling, and performance management.
• Develop and implement policies, protocols, guidelines, and standard work for NP practice.
• Collaborate with Medical Advisors and other leaders to advance oncology NP practice across the province.
