Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Canada is seeking a Senior Protection & Control Team Lead in Vancouver, BC. You will lead a team of P&C engineers through concept to implementation on transmission, distribution and generating stations.

You will mentor, collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams, refine technical processes, and assist in proposals. The role demands extensive P&C design experience, strong English communication, and a PE license with EGBC.

Qualifications

• Holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent and has 15-20 years of previous protection & control design work experience in T&D or Generation sector.
• Has taken courses in Protection & Control at a University level or equivalent.
• Experience with AutoCAD and PLC programming is an asset.
• Is registered as a Professional Engineer with EGBC.
• Demonstrated excellent written and oral English communication skills and good work ethic.

Responsibilities

Your role

Additional Information

Expected compensation for this role is between $125,000 - $171,900 annually. Base salaries are determined according to several parameters like skills, experience, and potential impact on the role. Internal and external competitiveness are also taken into account in our offers.
