Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering with manufacturing experience or equivalent education in manufacturing principles.
- Combination of business focus, analytical and problem-solving skills to define solutions within specific applications.
- Experience with data acquisition and diagnostic tools such as INCA, CANalyzer, and other Vector tools.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work within a team and demonstrate a proactive attitude.
- Proficiency in application engineering principles.
- Process-oriented with high attention to detail.
- 5+ years of industry experience.
- Advanced English language skills.
Preferred Requirements:
- Electrical Engineering degree.
- Experience with High Voltage Battery or High Voltage powertrain.
- Experience with electronic system troubleshooting and embedded controls.
- Understanding of diagnostics fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with INCA, CDA, CAN, CANalyzer, Canoe, and other electrical root cause analysis tools.
Additional Must Haves:
- Onsite at ARDC.
- Driving a company vehicle is required.
- Occasional travel to the US for meetings/training (1-2 times per month).
