Job Requirements

• Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with manufacturing experience or equivalent education in manufacturing principles.
• Combination of business focus, analytical and problem-solving skills to define solutions within specific applications.
• Experience with data acquisition and diagnostic tools such as INCA, CANalyzer, and other Vector tools.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work within a team and demonstrate a proactive attitude.
• Proficiency in application engineering principles.
• Process-oriented with high attention to detail.
• 5+ years of industry experience.
• Advanced English language skills.

Preferred Requirements:

• Electrical Engineering degree.
• Experience with High Voltage Battery or High Voltage powertrain.
• Experience with electronic system troubleshooting and embedded controls.
• Understanding of diagnostics fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience with INCA, CDA, CAN, CANalyzer, Canoe, and other electrical root cause analysis tools.

Additional Must Haves:

• Onsite at ARDC.
• Driving a company vehicle is required.
• Occasional travel to the US for meetings/training (1-2 times per month).
