Job summary

Airbus in Mirabel, Quebec, is seeking a Propulsion System Delivery Quality Manager to join our Procurement team. You will oversee quality operations and the propulsion supply chain from engine installation to aircraft delivery, ensuring end-to-end excellence across the production line.

The role requires strong experience in quality, supply chain or operations, technical knowledge of aeronautical propulsion, and proficiency with Skywise, HMS, and Google Suite.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality and supply chain or operations.
• Technical knowledge of aeronautical propulsion systems.
• Proficiency in Skywise, HMS, and Google Suite.
• Highly curious, proactive, autonomous, and able to analyze and synthesize.
• Strong customer service focus and collaborative skills.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for quality operations and the propulsion system supply chain from engine installation to aircraft delivery.
• Member of the Airbus MFT delivery team with airline customers during the delivery phase.
• Address engine and nacelle issues with support from suppliers and other Airbus functions.
• Work closely with SCQM teams to improve long-term propulsion system quality.
• Ensure end-to-end quality monitoring of the propulsion system.
• Reduce risks related to aeronautical milestones by resolving open issues under PIPB responsibility (QLB/FRNC/TLB).
• Drive continuous improvement within the PIPB organization.
