A leading utility contractor in Canada is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to manage RFx responses and play a vital role in the bidding process. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and at least 2 years of relevant experience. Reporting to the Proposal Manager, the Proposal Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and developing RFx1 responses focused on Transmission, Substation, Distribution or Telecommunications. The Proposal Coordinator works with clients, internal departments and subject matter experts during all stages of the bid life cycle; providing support in sourcing opportunities, gathering information, developing win strategies and differentiators with the goal of strengthening proposal content and presenting a consistent brand with a consistent message to our clients.
To succeed in this the position, the individual must possess the ability to complete the full proposal life-cycle with both limited supervision and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and a proficiency for problem solving are key attributes for success in this role.
