The Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated, confident individual to join the Canada Strategic Proposal team as a Proposal Strategist. You will provide strategic and tactical support to help win new business across all services and sectors. Your role involves participating in proposal management, strategy, and co-authoring content for proposals, oral presentations, and other pursuit collateral. You will collaborate with Client Executives, client service professionals, designers, Proposal Strategists across Canada, and an international team of Proposal Coordinators.

Your key responsibilities:

1. Drive the strategic communications process on large, complex, and significant proposals.
2. Research, write, and edit standard and customized proposal content.
3. Contribute to and facilitate meetings with bid response team members.
4. Coach and develop collateral for oral presentations.
5. Facilitate win strategy sessions.
6. Project manage the proposal process, including coordination of information and follow-up on action items.
7. Monitor proposal activities for deadlines and quality standards.
8. Share best practices with proposal teams.
9. Review final proposal collateral for quality, format, and content adherence to brand standards.
10. Serve as liaison between the proposal response team and support functions.
11. Build and leverage relationships within the Markets Organization across the country.
12. Manage multiple proposals and priorities simultaneously.

To Qualify for the role you must have:

1. 3-5 years of relevant experience.
2. Understanding of proposal management for professional services.
3. Experience in professional services (e.g., accounting, consulting, legal) is desirable.
4. Background in proposals, content writing, or communications.
5. Undergraduate degree in Language, Communications, Marketing, or Business.
6. Professional competency in English; bilingual in French and English is an asset.

The salary range in British Columbia is $75,600 to $113,400, determined by experience, education, and location.
