Responsibilities include:

• Coordinate, in conjunction with sales, the overall strategy for bid response, including identifying winning conditions.
• Prepare technical presentations for customers showcasing Bombardier aircraft and defense capabilities.
• Organize customer meetings and visits.
• Prepare customer proposals for modifications and engineering support activities.
• Plan meetings or technical reviews with customers prior to final proposal submission.
• Manage resources and stakeholders during proposal stages to establish program strategy.
• Develop and manage statements of work (SOW) and technical requirements related to aircraft modifications and mission engineering.
• Prepare management reviews and obtain approvals according to company policies.

Skills, knowledge & experience to thrive in this role:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in engineering or technical program management, preferably related to Bombardier aircraft.
• At least 5 years' experience in proposal and project management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-facing skills.
• Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of Bombardier policies, aircraft systems, and special mission equipment.
• Knowledge of CGR, ITAR, and military flight operations is an asset.
• Willingness to travel and work extended hours as needed.
• Eligibility to view and handle CGR material and obtain NATO Secret security clearance.
