The Opportunity
Dillon Consulting is seeking a Proposal Library Administrator – SharePoint & AI Integration Professional to join our Markets Team. This junior professional role is suited for candidates with a background in computer science, information technology, or digital systems. The role involves managing Dillon’s proposal content library in Microsoft SharePoint and leveraging AI tools for content retrieval and generation.
Reporting to the Proposal Support Manager, the successful candidate will support content organization, optimization, and AI integration to enhance proposal development processes. We offer hybrid work options and this position is available at any Dillon office in Canada.
Post-secondary education in relevant technical fields. Technical skills include knowledge of SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, AI tools like ChatGPT, and scripting basics. Soft skills include problem-solving, attention to detail, and clear communication. 1–3 years of relevant experience, especially managing SharePoint content, is required.
