The Opportunity
Dillon Consulting is seeking a Proposal Library Administrator – SharePoint & AI Integration Professional to join our Markets Team. This junior professional role is ideally suited to candidates with a background in computer science, information technology, or digital systems, and an interest in content management within a proposal development context.
Reporting to the Proposal Support Manager, the successful candidate will support the design, administration, and optimization of Dillon’s proposal content library hosted in Microsoft SharePoint, ensuring that content is well-organized, current, and accessible to pursuit teams. This role also includes helping our team leverage AI tools for smart content retrieval and content generation. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically proficient individual seeking to apply their skills in a dynamic, purpose-driven organization that values innovation, structure, and continuous learning.
