Job Description
The candidate MUST be perfectly bilingual (French/English).
- Review private and public bids available on site; familiar with RFPs.
- Support account managers and owners by performing administrative tasks.
- Follow procedures for coordinating with legal and risk management regarding contract reviews to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Ensure necessary data is entered into the proper repository.
- Collect and approve all information required for the contract process.
- Coordinate with Sales, Legal, and Finance departments to develop and manage contracts.
- Build trust, transparency, and loyalty with clients; gauge engagement levels and relay feedback internally.
- Connect client personnel with relevant UL staff when applicable.
- Handle product, investment, and technical issues, ensuring complete resolution from the client's perspective.
- Collaborate internally until issues are resolved and communicated to the client.
- Provide insights on client needs to account managers and sales teams.
- Possess a university degree or equivalent.
- Have experience in client relations, primarily internal, and respond appropriately to their needs.
- Be fully bilingual in English and French.
- Be familiar with contractual regulations, processes, and RFPs.
- Have practical knowledge of Microsoft Excel, data analysis, CRM, and financial systems.
- Demonstrate high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Think analytically and work independently; possess strong multitasking and organizational skills.
- Exhibit excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Maintain a customer-focused attitude with professional presentation skills both written and oral.
- Be capable of collaborating and working effectively in a team environment.
