Job Description

The candidate MUST be perfectly bilingual (French/English).

  1. Review private and public bids available on site; familiar with RFPs.
  2. Support account managers and owners by performing administrative tasks.
  3. Follow procedures for coordinating with legal and risk management regarding contract reviews to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
  4. Ensure necessary data is entered into the proper repository.
  5. Collect and approve all information required for the contract process.
  6. Coordinate with Sales, Legal, and Finance departments to develop and manage contracts.
  7. Build trust, transparency, and loyalty with clients; gauge engagement levels and relay feedback internally.
  8. Connect client personnel with relevant UL staff when applicable.
  9. Handle product, investment, and technical issues, ensuring complete resolution from the client's perspective.
  10. Collaborate internally until issues are resolved and communicated to the client.
  11. Provide insights on client needs to account managers and sales teams.
  12. Possess a university degree or equivalent.
  13. Have experience in client relations, primarily internal, and respond appropriately to their needs.
  14. Be fully bilingual in English and French.
  15. Be familiar with contractual regulations, processes, and RFPs.
  16. Have practical knowledge of Microsoft Excel, data analysis, CRM, and financial systems.
  17. Demonstrate high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  18. Think analytically and work independently; possess strong multitasking and organizational skills.
  19. Exhibit excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  20. Maintain a customer-focused attitude with professional presentation skills both written and oral.
  21. Be capable of collaborating and working effectively in a team environment.
