Architecture49 is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to join our Vancouver team. This role focuses on preparing timely, high‑quality proposals that help win work while supporting the firm’s growth and reputation.

You will design proposals and visual aids in InDesign and Illustrator, coordinate consultant submissions, and proofread documents to ensure compliance with client requests. Our hybrid work environment supports balance and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Education in marketing, communications, journalism, public relations or related studies
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including editing and proofreading abilities
• Understanding of graphic design principles is an asset
• Proficient with Adobe Creative and experience with Microsoft 365 environment
• Previous experience in engineering, architectural, or professional services firms is considered an asset.
• Bilingual (English and French) is considered an asset.

Compensation

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $57,500 to $76,200

MB & ON: $52,200 to $72,300

NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $52,000 to 69,000

The final salary awarded for this role may vary from the above range based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
