Job Description

Overview : The Proposal Coordinator & Executive Assistant is responsible for business development, grant functions, and proposal management to ensure compelling, compliant submissions while supporting the executive team.

Responsibilities :

  • Support business development and grants activities, including monitoring opportunities, maintaining databases, updating resumes, and creating reports.
  • Develop, review, and coordinate proposals, including response analysis, team collaboration, content drafting, budgeting, and quality assurance.
  • Manage conference logistics and registrations.
  • Support marketing efforts through document development and branding.
  • Assist with light administrative duties, team events, and office operations.

Reporting :

Reports to : External Relations & Administrations Manager

  • Effective communication, proposal writing, database management, grant application knowledge, research skills, stakeholder management, and time management.

Qualifications :

  • B.S. / B.A. in Liberal Arts, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience in business development and grant writing.
  • Valid Class 5 Driver's License and clean driving record.

Experience :

  • At least 2 years of proven grant writing and business development experience.
