Qualifications

Proposal/Capture Coordinator

To support our North American team, we are looking for a Proposal/Capture Coordinator to join us. You will be working closely with the Marketing and Business Development staff to facilitate and maintain a winning, productive, and cohesive effort across North America. Your primary task on our team will be to assist in the development of winning proposals that support the company's growth goals and, in addition, participate in day-to-day marketing and business development responsibilities, including pursuits and visibility efforts.


Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Respond to RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, award submittals, roster applications, prequalifications, etc., along with coordinating the complete lifecycle of a proposal response from the intake of the RFP and qualification of the opportunity through to submission
  • Assist with coordinating firm-wide proposal resources to meet proposal production deadlines, and prepare, coordinate and develop non-technical writing for proposal efforts, together with assisting with the coordination of capture planning efforts
  • Create and maintain marketing materials, including but not limited to resumes, project descriptions, presentations, media content, brochures, etc.
  • Provide input on the final preparation of marketing materials, including reviewing, proofreading, editing, etc.
  • Assist with the tracking of pursuits and update the CRM database to track pursuits, proposals, and client content
  • Collaborate with the proposal team in maintaining the brand styles, templates, and best practices for the proposal process and marketing materials

On top of that, you will have:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, English or related field with 5+ years' relevant experience working in a professional services in the A/E/C industry, or an equivalent combination of work experience and education
  • A thorough understanding of effective bids and proposal management and production, and an in-depth understanding of presentation and how to convey messages, themes, discriminators, and responses to evaluation criteria clearly and effectively
  • Thorough knowledge of proposal development and production processes, including the ability to organize, write, and edit proposal content with zero grammatical errors
  • Proficiency in relevant programs including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office Suites, Adobe Creative Suites, InDesign, and Client Relationship Management (CRM) Databases
  • Great communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to interact and collaborate effectively
  • Great skill in managing various tasks at once, adaptable to high-demand environments, and a good work ethic

Base compensation: $65,000 to $98,000 for North Vancouver location only. Actual compensation is subject to variations due to education, experience, skill set and/or location.
