Broadstreet Properties Ltd. is looking for a Property Manager in Training to join our team at Parkview Place, Cold Lake, AB! You will help ensure the properties are well-maintained, fully rented, and staff uphold our customer service standards. Assisting in the management of daily on-site operations, you will help the Property Manager oversee rent collections, leasing applications, and maintain tenant satisfaction. This position will train you to become our Property Manager in the future!

Your contributions to the team include:

  • Maintaining high tenant satisfaction through excellent customer service and communication
  • Meeting vacancy goals, including showing available suites and processing leasing applications
  • Assisting with move-in and move-out scheduling, coordination, and inspections
  • Regularly inspecting grounds, interior hallways, and common areas, and recommending repairs or replacements, creating work orders as needed
  • Ensuring all vacant units are ready to lease

What you need to be successful:

  • Minimum 3 years of management experience
  • Resourcefulness, flexibility, and adaptability
  • Effective computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams); ERP experience is an asset
  • Professionalism and diplomacy
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
