Your contributions to the team include:

1. Managing daily on-site operations, overseeing rent collections, leasing applications, and maintaining high tenant satisfaction.
2. Collaborating with the leasing team to meet vacancy goals.
3. Scheduling, coordinating, and conducting move-in and move-out inspections.
4. Recommending repairs or replacements and creating work orders as needed.
5. Participating in meetings and offering operational and process improvement ideas.

What you need to be successful:

1. Experience in a management role.
2. Resourcefulness, flexibility, and adaptability.

4. Effective computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams); experience with ERP systems is an asset.
