Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Property Manager role located in Winnipeg, MB. The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the properties, managing tenant relations, coordinating property maintenance and repairs, and ensuring compliance with regulations and lease agreements.

Qualifications

• Property Management, Real Estate, and Leasing experience
• Strong financial management and budgeting skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of property maintenance and facilities management
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Experience with property management software
• Professional certification in Property Management is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field
