Working hours: 30 hours/week

Helm's Inn is located in downtown Victoria with walking distance to many signature places and shopping malls. We are seeking a highly motivated Property Manager to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of our hotel property assets.

What you do

• Plan and monitor the property operation budget
• Negotiate and administrate the purchase of supply and services base on the budget
• Build and implement the schedules and procedures of safety inspection and preventive maintenance projects
• Supervise the repair and maintenance of the machinery, equipment electronical and mechanical systems
• Oversee the services as cleaning, parking, security, safety inspections, snow removal and garbage disposal
• Hire and manage the team & provide the trainings when needed
• Provide the operation report to the owner every month
• Apply paint, wallpaper and other materials and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces

Qualification and Experiences

• College degree or above in business or management
• Min. 3 years related working experiences
• Good communication skill in verbal, written and interpersonal
• Highly self-motivated
• Criminal record check required.
