As a result of our continued growth, we are seeking a passionate and energetic candidate for the position of Property Manager (Residential) overseeing buildings in Peterborough, Belleville & Lindsay, Ontario.

As a Skyline Property Manager, you will oversee an assigned territory of residential properties and be responsible for the region’s fiscal success and tenant retention, as well as managing a team of employees (Building Managers, Cleaners, Maintenance Technicians, etc.). Your goal each day is to increase efficiency and maintain a profitable operation while creating value and an exceptional experience for our customers, our team, and our communities. What we’re looking for:

  • Experience with all aspects of property management.
  • Leadership skills to guide others, including suppliers, tradespeople, and team members, with a good sense of humor!
  • Strong knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act and Landlord and Tenant Board guidelines.
  • Ability to read and understand financial statements.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills, good judgment, and innovation.
  • Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record and insurance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Familiarity with smartphone technology.
  • Willingness to work overtime and long days when needed.
  • Minimum 2-3 years post-secondary education and 3-5 years of relevant experience, or equivalent 7 years of work experience.
