Job description

We have an exciting Property Manager opportunity in Fort McMurray. If you have 3+ years of property management experience, we want to hear from you!

Agilus is recruiting for a Property Manager in the Property Management industry in Fort McMurray, Alberta. As the Property Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing various plans to help and guide personnel in reaching property, corporate, and portfolio goals and objectives. This duty will include, but is not limited to, the formulation and execution of the strategic strategy, property marketing plan, and many other property programs.

A typical day:
  • Prepare and monitor the budget and AR
  • Analyze the financial performance objectives
  • Develop, implement, guide, and communicate the property’s & corporate strategic plan
  • Perform routine property inspections
  • Create and execute short, mid, and long-term strategies
  • Ensure quality and cost standards are maintained and improved
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve conflicts relating to tenants, suppliers, and customers
Successful candidates will have:
  • Minimum 2 years managing & leading a team
  • 3.5+ years of experience in shopping center management preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Work experience using an ERP system (preferably Yardi)
  • Exceptional Microsoft Office Skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Negotiation, problem solving, and decision-making skills
  • BOMI courses or certifications and/or Provincial Real Estate License an asset; RPA, CPM, CSM or similar designation will be an asset
Total rewards:

  • Work hours: Monday to Friday 8 am to 4 pm or 9 am to 5 pm
