BGO is seeking a property manager to oversee a multi-site portfolio in Calgary, AB. The role emphasizes planning, organizing, implementing and controlling all property operations onsite, ensuring high presentation and regulatory compliance.
You will manage leases, tenant relationships, budgeting, reporting, and capital projects, while coordinating with leasing teams to meet occupancy goals, and maintaining market awareness to drive performance.
