Property Maintenance - Property Maintenance Technician- Live-in

As our Live-In Property Maintenance Technician, your main focus is to complete day-to-day minor maintenance repairs, contributing to the overall customer satisfaction of our residents.

Responsibilities will include, at a minimum:

  • Performing repairs to rental properties during occupancy and turnovers;
  • Performing routine and scheduled preventative maintenance;
  • Maintaining general upkeep of properties to ensure amenities are in good working order;
  • Responding to emergency calls;
  • Completing maintenance work orders;
  • Taking initiative to correct issues and remove hazards;
  • Painting and landscaping as needed;
  • Proper disposal of garbage and debris;
  • Understanding health, safety, and emergency procedures;
  • Performing other related duties within the role's scope.

Must Haves:

  • Experience in maintenance and light construction tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and finishing work;
  • Ability to work independently and in a team;
  • Proficiency with computers and MS-Office.

Additional Information:

  • Own vehicle with a clean drivers abstract;
  • Necessary tools to complete tasks;
  • Variable and long hours may be required;
  • Availability to respond to emergencies during normal hours and participate in after-hours rotations;
  • Weekend hours may be required.
