The Property Housekeeping and Groundskeeping worker performs routine housekeeping cleaning duties for the LWDH accommodation units, as well as light groundskeeping of rental locations grounds. Under the direct supervision of the Director of Strategy and Innovation, the Housekeeping and Groundskeeping Worker works independently, traveling to the LWDH rental unit locations, performing required duties, and ensuring the units are prepped and ready for the incoming guests, strictly adhering to deadlines according to the booking schedule. NOTE : this position does not involve repair or complex maintenance duties.
