The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge in property insurance and at least 5 years of relevant experience. We are currently hiring a National Property Claims Examiner to join our team.
This role involves overseeing and managing third-party adjusted claims and direct-handled claims. Unlike large loss adjusters who work on-site, examiners provide guidance and oversight to ensure proper execution and customer service, aligning with Aviva's best practices. You will manage the investigation, analysis, adjustment, and settlement of property claims, working with specialists and vendors to maintain quality and efficiency while controlling costs and delivering excellent customer service.
