In order to be considered, your application must clearly explain how you meet the following (essential qualifications)

Education

  • A secondary school diploma or employer approved alternative.

Experience

  • Experience using financial management information systems such as SIGMA, or SAP database systems, Oracle, etc.
  • Experience in supporting financial management services in a business oriented environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft systems such as WORD, EXCEL and PowerPoint
  • Experience in working in a Real Property Service environment
  • Real Property portfolio is defined as crown-owned or leased or residential properties as part of a managed portfolio.

If you possess any of the following, your application must also clearly explain how you meet it (other qualifications)

Asset Qualifications

  • Experience in managing third party contracts
  • Experience in verification and quality assurance
  • Successful and recent completion of approved Microsoft Excel spreadsheet training in development, creation of formulas, and analysis.
