Property Administrator - 1 Year Contract

Agilus is recruiting for a Property Administrator - 1 Year Contract in the Real Estate Industry in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. The Property Administrator will support the Property Manager with the Atlantic Industrial portfolio, ensuring all administrative tasks are handled professionally and efficiently. This is a 1-year contract position.

A typical day:
  1. Administer tenant accounts receivable and process monthly rent payments
  2. Handle monthly recurring billing
  3. Code and process incoming invoices
  4. Distribute annual budget reconciliation and manual invoices
  5. Maintain up-to-date tenant and contractor contact lists
  6. Track utility payments and prepare monthly accruals
  7. Provide clerical and administrative support, including tenant correspondence and service requests
The successful candidate brings:
  • Prior experience in property administration or general administration
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Experience with processing high volume invoices and creating purchase orders
  • Experience in Accounts Payable and Receivable is an asset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Self-starter who can work independently
  • Positive attitude!
Total rewards:
  • $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 annually
